We never share your information.

Information we collect from you during consultations, phone calls, emails or messaging is private between us and necessary for us to provide professional, safe, health care advice and treatments. We will not contact your doctor or any other organisation without your specific permission unless we believe you to be at high risk of harming yourself or others.
Your information is required to be stored for 8 years after conclusion of treatment, (or until age 25 for children).

Information is stored in locked cabinets if on paper, or password protected if electronic. After the required storage times, information will be shredded, incinerated or deleted.

We will not contact you for anything other than appointment reminders or relevant health information to you.

We do not enter into marketing or advertising techniques.

If you sign up for our email list by choice, we will occasionally send emails regarding up and coming events we are involved in such as herb walks, talks or stalls, and might include interesting health related tips.

We use Mailchimp which also complies with the latest data protection regulations. You can unsubscribe from this at any time.

If you connect with us on social media, we will not say or do anything which identifies you as a patient on public forums.

Any payment facilities we use such my card machine providers comply with data protection regulations, are password protected, and we do not store your payment information.
